One subscription replaces three tools.

Priced per monthly Amazon order — like a settlement connector — but you also get the full ledger and weighted-average-cost inventory the connector leaves you to buy separately. Free 30-day pilot, no card. Fully portable data either way.

Plans are sized by monthly Amazon order volume — the same unit settlement connectors bill on. USD is the billing currency; AED / SAR shown at the pegged rate for reference.

Why one subscription

A connector is one third of the job.

Most Amazon sellers stitch three tools together. A settlement connector (e.g. A2X or Link My Books) only posts your payouts into a ledger you pay for separately — and leaves inventory and COGS to a spreadsheet. Nexus is all three.

Tool 1

Settlement connector

A2X · Link My Books

Posts Amazon settlements into your ledger, metered by monthly orders. Stops at the cash — no inventory, no COGS, no books of its own.

~$29–$229 / mo

Tool 2

Cloud ledger

Xero · QuickBooks

The actual double-entry books the connector feeds into. A separate subscription and a separate login.

~$30–$70 / mo

Tool 3

Inventory spreadsheet

Excel / Google Sheets

Weighted-average cost and gross margin tracked by hand. Hours a month, and wrong the moment a shipment lands.

Your time

All three

Nexus Ledger

Connector + full IFRS ledger + weighted-average-cost inventory, plus GCC VAT and multi-currency. One subscription, one login, every figure traceable to its settlement or invoice.

Frequently asked

How is this different from A2X or Link My Books?

Those are settlement connectors: they post your Amazon payouts into a ledger you pay for separately (Xero or QuickBooks, ~$30–70/mo), and they leave inventory and COGS to a spreadsheet. Nexus is all three in one — the connector, the full IFRS ledger, and weighted-average-cost inventory with profit-by-SKU — for less than you would pay for the connector and a cloud ledger separately. You connect Amazon once, and you cancel both the connector and the separate ledger.

How do you count orders? What if I go over my band?

We size your plan by your monthly Amazon order volume — the same unit A2X and Link My Books bill on — so it is easy to compare. While we run hands-on pilots (subscription billing is being finalised), the bands are advisory and there is no auto-charge for going over; when billing goes live, exceeding your band simply moves you to the next one, with 30 days notice. You are never charged per order on top.

Does syncing Amazon settlements use up any quota?

No. Amazon settlements, fees, refunds and FBA inventory are pulled through the official Selling Partner API (read-only) — that sync is not metered. The only metered allowance is OCR pages, which applies when you photograph or upload SUPPLIER / Alibaba invoices and documents for extraction. Connecting Amazon and syncing settlements never touches the page allowance.

What about VAT and multi-currency for a GCC seller?

Built in on every tier. We map KSA 15% and UAE 5% VAT per line, produce a VAT register and period-end reconciliation, and capture ZATCA fields on your GCC purchase invoices. Sales in USD/CAD/MXN and purchases in USD/CNY are converted to your base currency at the settlement / posting-date rate, with realised FX split at settlement and unrealised at period-end. US marketplace-facilitator tax is handled correctly, not double-booked.

Can I import my chart of accounts from Xero / Zoho / QuickBooks / Odoo?

Yes. We start from an IFRS-aligned chart of accounts pre-tuned for an Amazon FBA business, and you can customise it or import your existing COA — see the playbook at /docs/migration. Solo and Growth use self-serve CSV import (with one free assisted session on Growth); Pro and Enterprise include concierge migration: we run the import end-to-end and reconcile against your previous trial balance.

What does the 30-day free pilot include?

Full Growth-tier access — every available feature, no credit card. We connect your Amazon account with you, turn a recent settlement into a balanced, drilled-down journal entry, and walk you through the workflow. At day 30 you decide whether to continue. We run pilots manually today, so there is nothing to auto-charge; if you do not continue, your data is fully portable as CSV / PDF.

Where is my data stored? How does it sit with PDPL?

In the EU today, on every tier: the database and document storage run in Stockholm, Sweden, with the extraction worker in Germany — encrypted at rest, TLS in transit, under a Data Processing Addendum + SCC-equivalent transfer terms. Your Amazon connection tokens are stored server-side via a SECURITY DEFINER function and are never readable by the app; we request only non-PII Selling Partner API roles. For tenants whose data must remain inside KSA, a KSA-resident self-hosted deployment is offered on Pro and Enterprise as a custom engagement. Your DPO reviews the structure during onboarding.

What happens if I want to leave?

Once subscription billing is live, monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period and annual plans are pro-rated. Today, during the pilot phase, you can leave at any time with no charge. Either way: every journal entry, every trial balance, every source settlement and invoice is exportable as CSV / PDF whenever you want, with or without an active subscription.

Still on the fence?

Connect your Amazon account and I'll turn your last settlement into a balanced, drilled-down journal entry — usually same day. If it's not visibly cleaner than your connector-plus-spreadsheet setup, ignore the next email and you've lost nothing.
