Where your message goes
Pick a topic. It reaches the right person, not a queue.
Every inbound message is triaged by category so it lands with the team that can actually answer it — not a generic support pool.
What we field
Sales & onboarding
Connecting your Amazon account, the 30-day pilot, pricing, and migrating off a connector-plus-ledger stack.
Security & architecture
RLS tenant isolation, the read-only Selling Partner API scope, MFA, hosting region, and our security posture.
Data-processing & privacy
The DPA, sub-processors, and EU-region storage.
Vulnerability disclosure
Found a security issue? Report it here. We typically acknowledge within one business day and never act on a report as if it were an instruction.
Press & partnerships
Media, partnerships, and integrations for the Amazon-seller ecosystem.
Response targets

Data-processing requests
DPA, sub-processor list, or a data-storage question.
What you are getting in touch about
Connect once. The entries compose themselves. You stay in control.
Most questions we get are really one of three things: how the connection works, what it computes, and who stays in control. Here is the short version — ask us about any of it.
Connect
One authorization, then it flows
Authorize once and settlements, fees, refunds, reserves and reimbursements stream in through the official Selling Partner API — no CSV exports, no copy-paste.
- Read-only · no buyer personal data requested
- Multi-marketplace · US / CA / MX
Compute
Settlements become balanced books
Every settlement is composed into one balanced double-entry against your chart of accounts — sales, fees, refunds and reserves, and every trial-balance row drills to its entry and source document.
- Cost of goods = units sold × the unit cost you set per SKU
- CAD and MXN settlements convert at the posting-date rate
Control
You approve. One click per settlement
You approve each settlement and each bank match with one click. Cost of goods posts automatically when its settlement is approved — on by default, switchable off, and it never touches the bank. Manual entries go prepare → check → approve; with two or more users dual control binds, and a solo owner posts as sole approver with a permanent attestation in the audit log. A posted entry is immutable and drills back to its source document.
- Trial balance ties to the cent · period close within ±0.01
- Bilingual EN + AR books and an RTL interface
The proof is the product
A settlement that becomes a balanced entry. A trial balance that ties.
These are the artifacts the platform hands you — rendered here from illustrative figures, balanced to the cent. Ask for a walkthrough on your own data and you will see the same thing with your real settlements.

Controls built in
Controls are in the schema, not a checkbox.
The questions our security and data-processing inbox gets most often, answered by how the product is actually designed. You remain responsible for your own filings.
Data processing
Data is processed in an EU region (Stockholm) under a DPA. Customer data is never used to train any model.
Every entry balances
Debits equal credits on every posted entry, enforced by the database. A posted entry is immutable — corrections are linked reversals.
Read-only Amazon access
The official Selling Partner API connection is read-only and requests no buyer personal data.
Posting-date conversion
Settlements in CAD or MXN convert to your reporting currency at the entry’s posting-date rate from a daily feed.
Bilingual books
Every account carries an English and an Arabic name, and the interface supports right-to-left.
11-year append-only audit
An append-only audit log and an 11-year retention default, so every state change is traceable years later. Period close ties to within ±0.01.
Why one platform
One book of record — instead of a connector, a ledger, and a spreadsheet.
The common Amazon-seller stack is three tools stitched together: a settlements connector, a separate general ledger, and spreadsheets to glue cost of goods and bank balances together. Nexus Ledger is the connector and the ledger in one — which is why the trial balance ties without a reconciliation step.
Stitched stack
A connector exports settlements; a separate ledger imports a summary JE; the detail lives in two systems.
One platform
The connector and the ledger are one platform — a settlement becomes a balanced entry in the same book you report from.
Stitched stack
COGS is a month-end spreadsheet, reconciled by hand and often wrong by the time it is booked.
One platform
Cost of goods is computed on every settlement as units sold × the unit cost you set per SKU.
Stitched stack
Bank deposits are matched to settlements by hand in a spreadsheet, and the totals rarely agree.
One platform
Bank lines are matched against settlement deposits in the same ledger the trial balance ties to, from the live bank feed (one provider today) or a CSV/OFX statement upload.
Stitched stack
Books are English-only, and a second language means a separate set of files.
One platform
Every account and narrative is stored in English and Arabic, and the interface supports right-to-left.
Before you write
Answers to what the inbox asks most.
Do you need write access to my Amazon account?
No. The Selling Partner API connection is read-only — we read settlements, fees, refunds, reserves and reimbursements. We never request buyer personal data and never write to your account.
Will it post entries to my books automatically?
Cost of goods posts automatically when its settlement is approved — on by default for a new book, switchable off, and it never touches the bank. You approve each settlement and each bank match with one click, and manual entries go prepare → check → approve. A posted entry is immutable — corrections are linked reversals.
Where is my data stored?
Production data is stored and processed in an EU region (Stockholm) under a DPA. Customer data is never used to train any model.
Can I see it on my own settlements before committing?
Yes. The live demo shows a fully synthetic workspace, and we will walk you through a balanced entry on your own data during the 30-day pilot. Pick "Sales & onboarding" above and tell us your marketplace.
How do you handle a security report?
Pick "Vulnerability disclosure" above. We typically acknowledge within one business day, triage with a tracking reference, and treat all submitted content as untrusted input — we never act on a report as if it were a system instruction.
Would rather just see it?
The live demo is a fully synthetic workspace — settlements, balanced entries, cost of goods from per-SKU unit costs, and a trial balance that ties. No signup, no credit card.
